What is included in the 6 week Summer Challenge?

  • Nutritional Support including the importance of Inflammatory foods v Anti Inflammatory foods.

  • Within the nutritional side of the challenge is education around female hormones & how these can affect training & performance.

  • Online Support & Accountability via private group chats & phone calls

  • Online food diary for accountability.

  • 2 x 6am Morning Training Sessions per week - Monday & Wednesday.

  • Saturday or Sunday group session.

  • Full access to gym classes with own tag for access.

  • Personal goal setting.

  • learn how to build & create your own exercise programs in order to make a sustainable lifestyle change.

  • You will receive a 6 week timetable to print or keep on your phone to assist in keeping yourself organized.

First day of class

  • Meet & Greet

  • Goal Setting

  • First team training session

Whether you are advanced or a beginner this challenge is for you - we do not compete amongst each other we only compete with ourselves.
